Atomli originated from a passion for behavioral science and leadership during a visit to Turkey. Inspired by Daniel Kahneman’s “Thinking, Fast and Slow,” the founders shared experiences from working with large-scale clients like Alghanim Industries, the South African Revenue Service, and the South African mining sector.

These discussions, held on the promenade in Fethiye, led to the inception of Atomli, driven by the desire to leverage behavioral insights for personal and organizational growth.
